- Return by mail: Contact us to request a return authorization (RMA). Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Available across all Malaysia including East Malaysia.
- Return in store (optional): Level 1, Amerin Mall, Taman Impian Indah, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor — available for Klang Valley customers.
Important notes
- Refund requests cannot be processed for active or undelivered orders.
- Some records must be kept for compliance with Malaysian tax requirements.
- Once a refund is completed, the action cannot be reversed.
- Returns after 30 days are not accepted.
