All comments and feedback to WANGI WORLD will remain as Wangi World Perfume 's property.
User shall agree that there will be no comment(s) submitted to the Wangi World Perfume will violate any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, the privacy of other personal or proprietary rights (s). Furthermore, the user shall agree there will not be content of unlawful, abusive, or obscene material(s) submitted to the site. The user will be the only one responsible for any comment content made.
Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept payment methods as displayed on the checkout page. Orders will only be processed upon successful payment.
Product Information
All products (perfumes and related accessories) are offered subject to availability. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if the item received is damaged or incorrect. Requests must be made within [e.g. 7 days] of receiving the item, and products must be unopened and unused.
Newsletter
User shall agree that Wangi World Perfume may send newsletters regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc. through email to the user.
Indemnification
The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold Wangi World Perfume harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Any access link to third-party sites is at your own risk. Wangi World Perfume will not be related or involved to any such website if the user's content/product(s) got damaged or lost have any connection with the third-party site.

Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or Wangi World Perfume. The customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, Wangi World Perfume may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply with the terms and conditions above.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to the use of this website.

Wangi World Perfume will collect and use any personal information provided by the Member following applicable Malaysia data protection legislation, other applicable laws, and these terms and conditions.
Wangi World Perfume By participating in the Program, Members consent to Wangi World Perfume collecting and storing their personal information, including name, address, purchases from WANGI WORLD, and any additional relevant information to help Wangi World Perfume make decisions about the products and services that Members may be interested in.
Wangi World Perfume Where Members interact with other Wangi World Perfume companies, Wangi World Perfume may share this information as independent data controllers to help provide a more bespoke service to Members
