WEBSTORE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility
All purchases may qualify for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receiving the item(s)..
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. (Sealed Condition )
The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 2 -5 Days after the confirmation.
Condition Requirements
Items must be in resalable condition with original packaging.
An Order Number must be attached for refund processing.
Submission Process
Submit your request at Product Returns for review by Wangi World.
If the return is due to a manufacturing fault, we will arrange pickup and re-send the item at no charge. For Β other return reasons, shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
We reserve the right to replace with a new item of the same original order or refund via e-voucher.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any accumulated points will be deducted upon refund of the item(s).
Free Gifts
If returning an item that qualified you for a free gift, please include the free gift with your return. If you choose to keep the free gift, you will be charged for its value.

How To Return Your Purchase
1- Please Contact us to return conditions.
2- Β email a (JNT Express )Return Air Way Bill Number.
3- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
4- Remove all other labels from the outside of the box.
5- To track your return, please note the tracking number printed on the Return Airway Bill Number and enter it in the tracking number field on (JNT Express )

Any requests for claims after 30 days of receiving the products will be subject to approval only.
