Return & Refund Policy

WEBSTORE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility

All purchases may qualify for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receiving the item(s).

The returned goods/products must be accompanied by the receipt and in good condition (Sealed Condition).

The packaging should also be in the original condition and the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, no refund will be issued. Wangi World will also not be responsible for any loss of shipment during return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 2-5 Days after confirmation.

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be in resalable condition with original packaging.
  • An Order Number must be attached for refund processing.

Submission Process

Submit your request at Product Returns for review by Wangi World.

If the return is due to a manufacturing fault, we will arrange pickup and re-send the item at no charge. For other return reasons, shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

We reserve the right to replace the item with a new one from the same original order or issue a refund via e-voucher.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any accumulated points will be deducted upon refund of the item(s).

Free Gifts

If returning an item that qualified you for a free gift, please include the free gift with your return. If you choose to keep the free gift, you will be charged for its value.

Exclusions

Your right to return products does NOT apply to the following unless they are faulty:

  • Fragrances Already Opened & Used
  • Not Sealed Condition

How To Return Your Purchase

  1. Please contact us to confirm return conditions.
  2. Email a (JNT Express) Return Air Way Bill Number.
  3. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
  4. Remove all other labels from the outside of the box.
  5. To track your return, please note the tracking number printed on the Return Airway Bill Number and enter it in the tracking number field on JNT Express.

Incomplete Orders

If in any case, we have sent you an incomplete order or products less than you have ordered, kindly email us at matsugaharu@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp message on +60 1128001944 within 15 days of receiving the order. Any claims after 30 days of receiving the products will be subject to approval.
